Alvin and the Chipmunks are performing at a concert in London when one of Alvin’s antics causes Dave to end up in hospital. The Chipmunks are sent home to stay with Aunt Jackie but she also has an accident at the airport so her grandson Toby has to look after them. Dave insists that the boys go to school for the first time where they discover girls and bullies.
Meanwhile, evil record manager Ian wants to get his revenge on the Chipmunks because they made him lose all his money. He discovers a girl chipmunk group called the Chipettes and sets out to make them bigger stars than the Chipmunks.
There’s quite a lot of comedy violence and bullying in this movie which might upset younger kids such as:
Don’t let other peoples’ opinions and actions affect who you are or who you are capable of becoming.
