Tinker Bell and the Secret of the Wings
What age is this for?
What’s it about?
Tinker Bell lives in a magical world called the Summer Woods with other Pixie Hollow fairies. There’s a boundary between the Summer Woods and the Winter Woods which Tinker Bell is forbidden to cross. One day however, Tinker Bell, a rather curious fairy, decides to venture into the Winter Woods where she finds her wings start to sparkle. This makes her even more curious and she sets out to find the ‘Keeper’ who knows the answers to all questions and who also lives in the Winter Woods. Tinker Bell’s curiosity leads her into a new world of fun and adventure where she also finds a great surprise that she hopes can bring the Summer Woods and the Winter Woods together again.
What to look out for
There are a few scary moments such as:
- The Summer World freezes over and all of the fairies and animals have to hide away until the freeze melts.
- Tinker Bell’s wings are covered while she’s in the Winter Woods and she falls from a cliff and finds she can’t fly. She gets rescued though by a cat.
Moral of the Story
Family is really important and we need to look out for each other.
