ACCM president Elizabeth Handsley's presentation Responsibilities and rights: stepping up to the plate is now available online via PowerPoint presentation and discusses the rights of children for protection from harm as well as to media that benefitted them, and for their parents to have support from governments in raising their children in a digital environment.
