This review of Angry Birds Go contains the following information:
Not fully reviewed yet.
This game draws on the success of other Angry Birds Apps and engages with player in a racing game with the bird or pig characters from the other games. Here players choose their character and then race around a range of different courses.
On one level, this is a simple racing game, where players can practice hand eye coordination as they work to complete each course and collect coins along the way. However, the App does advertise other Rovio products and Apps extensively and actively promotes in App purchasing (to buy a better kart etc) and so may cause some concerns for parents, particularly as game play is limited with the free karts provided. Players are also invited to connect their play to social media, such as Facebook – which may also concern parents.
The App connects with a range of real world toys and when playing the children can connect their real world toy with the game “telepodding” their character into their play.
In-app purchasing is actively promoted to enable the player to quickly progress, win races and buy more advanced karts. See 'Reviewers comments section' for more information.
The player is able to share results through social media.
No gambling content was found during the review.
The App actively promotes other Rovio apps and toys.

There is the risk of driving their kart into a wall, however no physical damage is evident and the player re-starts the race from that position. Many races also begin with a slingshot shooting the character across the start line and some tracks traverse through perilous terrain.
