Avatar World Games for Kids is a virtual reality game that takes place in a town where your selected character can enter several places, such as a hospital, school, playground, clothes shop, hairdresser, etc. Each area in the town provides the opportunity for the player to interact within the environment, such as creating meals in the kitchen or playing with playground equipment. The player initially creates an avatar by selecting a character – either a baby, child or older – and then choosing their skin colour, hairstyle, clothes etc. Their avatar can then enter the ‘play world’ to enjoy many different experiences.
Avatar World Games for Kids is a simple, fun game for young children to play in a relatively safe environment. The player requires some fine motor skills to be able to tap, drag and drop items. The town features extensive areas to explore without the need to purchase extra items, such as costume packs, and background scenery packs, such as Halloween and birthday packs. These extra in-app purchases have a parental lock, requiring an adult to input a birthdate. The game can be played offline, so there is no need to connect to the Internet once downloaded.
