This review of Coloring book for iPad contains the following information:
Not fully reviewed yet.
This app provides the user with the ability to colour in pre-made pictures using a simple tool. Play is limited to the set range of backgrounds available and children cannot colour or draw beyond the preset backgrounds.
On first appearances this looks like a simple paint tool. It is advertisement-free and has no in-App purchasing. However, after playing extensively and with user testing the App is very limited and has some images that may concern some parents (particularly the cartoon representation of girls). The player is unable to draw beyond the preset background and while some users like the fact that their work is always neat (you can’t colour over the lines) this and the limited tools does limit creativity.
Further, the menu system is tiny and young children observed playing this tool found playing with this app frustrating.
