This review of Flags Fun - World contains the following information:
The day was played for several days.
This app tests the player’s ability to name and spell a large range of flags from all over the globe. The opening screen requires the player to choose a level from 1-7. A flag appears on the screen with a grid for the player to drag letters onto as they match and spell out the name of the country. Once the flag is identified correctly the next level is unlocked, and the player accumulates coins which can be used to get hints ie reveal a letter at a time. If you don’t earn enough coins through game play they can be purchased through iTunes with real money.
This app allows the user to test their knowledge of flags and geography. The player cannot move onto the next level until they identify the flag correctly. In an educational setting this app could be used to challenge students to research each flag as it appears on the screen. It may also encourage children to increase their vocabulary and learn to spell the names of the countries that match the flags. If the hints that are given were only with coins earned through game play then this game would be suitable for children under 9 years of age, but because of the real world money used for in-app purchases this app is only suitable for children over 9 years with parental supervision.
At the time of review, the reviewer found no simulated gambling content. If you discover simulated gambling content in this app, please contact us with the details so we can update our review.
