This review of Kids Food Games – Sweet Candy Store contains the following information:
The reviewer played all available levels.
Sweet Candy Store allows players to make their own versions of popular candy (the three main candies resemble a Snickers bar, Jelly Beans and Fairy Floss). Once players choose one of these main styles, they then press and swipe ingredients into a bowl or pan, mix it together, pour in flavours (achieved by tilting the device to one side). Players then either dip candy into chocolate, swivel the stick to gather the fairy floss or pour mixture into moulds for jelly beans. They can then add different colours, backgrounds and sticker-like pictures to the candy or background. Players then have the final product which they can “tap to eat” and/or save to their favourites. There is no further aim, such as making bundles or selling candy – you simply make, decorate, eat and save the picture.
There are no real concerns with this game beyond that of being aware of in-app purchases. The game is quite limited for options unless the player pays to unlock candy and backgrounds. Having said this, there are only 3 buyable options (“All Candy”; “All Scenes” and “Unlock All”). You can also pay $2.99 to unlock ads – however the current reviewer did not come across any ads during the review. Also, if you click on the “i” symbol on the main screen, it shows you the other “Kids Food Games” which are available and offers them for free.
All Candy = $1.49
All Scenes = $1.49
Unlock All = $4.49
No Ads = $2.99
