‘Pirate Treasures’ is a gem matching puzzle game, similar to the classic ‘Bejeweled’ with a pirate theme. Players swipe three or more gems together to receive points. The player must achieve a certain number of points to progress to the next level.
The game includes a tutorial to explain how to play and how to use the power ups available. As you progress though the levels you can unlock power-ups and receive coins.
There are a variety of missions that you can achieve, and you receive coins when you achieve them.
If you run out of moves you can use an extra life to play again. If you run out of lives, you can buy more with coins or in-app purchases.
Players can pay money to buy more coins or extra lives.
Players can use coins to buy more power ups or progress past certain levels.
There are no parental controls against in-app purchasing in the game.
However, on the player’s device you can control in app-purchasing in settings.
The game can only be played with internet access. Therefore, co-playing or parental guidance is recommended for players under 13 years old.
