This review of Splashy Fish contains the following information:
Game is a challenge to swim as far as possible.
Splashy Fish is a challenging game of skill, where the player must guide a fish through obstacles by tapping the screen.
The aim of Splashy Fish is to make the fish swim as far as possible, without falling down or hitting a pillar. The player starts by tapping the screen, the underwater background then moves along and the player must keep tapping the screen to keep the fish afloat. If the player stops tapping the screen, the fish will fall down and the game will be over.
The difficult aspect of this game is trying to navigate the fish through the gaps in the pillars. As the fish swims along, pillars will appear and the player must make the fish swim either higher or lower to fit through the gap. To make the fish move higher the player must tap the screen in quick succession and to make the fish swim lower the player must tap slower. If the fish hits a pillar, the fish falls down and the game is over.
For each pillar that you successfully pass, you receive one point. The further you swim the more frequently the pillars will appear and the more difficult the game will become.
Splashy Fish can be beneficial for developing hand-eye coordination skills
