This App uses location services to identify the area you are in and then presents a map of the night sky in your area. Users can tap on stars and planets on their screen to obtain additional information.
This App is not a game but is essentially a map of the night sky. By using the tablet’s location services (or using settings to set location services) the user’s map is specific to the location that they are in. Clicking on details (eg planets, constellations etc) the user can obtain additional information.
In App purchases enable the user to obtain further details including information on meteor showers, satellites and comets. Additional information (referred to in this App as an “upgrade”) is also available for the extended solar system, which includes details on dwarf planets and planetary moons.
Users should note that this App is a static map of your location and changing location may require the user to re-set their location to enable an accurate map of the night sky in their present location.
