This review of the movie contains the following information:
Rubble (voice of Lucien Duncan-Reid) has been a good pup all year and dreams of getting a laser drill from Santa for Christmas. But when Santa gets sick and cannot deliver the presents this year, Rubble is heartbroken. The rest of the PAW Patrol remind him that Christmas isn’t just about presents, it’s about being with the people you love, but Rubble still feels disappointed.
Meanwhile, Mayor Humdinger, fed up with always being on the naughty list, hatches a plan to travel to the North Pole and steal all the presents. He tricks Rubble into helping, claiming that they are going to give Santa soup to help him recover so he can still deliver the presents, including Rubble’s laser drill. When they arrive, Mayor Humdinger reveals his true intentions and takes the presents. It is up to the PAW Patrol to save Christmas and rescue the stolen presents.
